David from ICS-Pro did an outstanding job mounting my 60" LCD flat screen, 38" sound bar, and shelf for the cable box on the wall. He has all the right top of the line tools for the job, which results in a clean installation. He spent time up front to discuss with me what I wanted, and he made it a point to create the vision I wanted while still advising as to the expert recommendations for screen placement and viewing angles. David double and triple checked the leveling not only when mounting the wall mount, but then again when mounting the TV, again when mounting the soundbar, and again while mounting the shelf to make sure everything was precisely level. Communication with David was prompt and professional before, throughout, and after the job. The pricing is extremely competitive for the service he provided.

When I ordered a 65 Inch TV, I wanted it mounted. When someone is going put holes in your wall, and will be handling your delicate electronics, you want to be careful who you choose. After checking the reviews and profiles of the available providers, I chose ICS Pro. ICS Pro is one person. He is very Professional, presentable, polite, skilled, equipped, and diligent He won't leave until everything is as perfect as humanly possible and you are satisfied. He has all of the different brackets and wires. I recommend ICS Pro.

David is amazing!! He kept me updated all the time. When he showed up we discussed what I wanted to have done. He gave me some recommendations. We tested the height and distance. He hide all the cables. He did not leave until I was happy. He took his time to make sure that the tv was level perfectly. He goes above and beyond. He provides a great service at a very good rate. Hire him! You will not regret it.

This is the first review I have ever written on Amazon and actually feel like I should write more because they are so helpful to me. We just moved into a new home and I have a toddler who needed to watch NEMO ASAP! Dave came out the DAY AFTER we moved in and got us hooked up by lunch time. I don't need to write a book because no one wants to read a book but know this. He is EXCELLENT. Professional, VERY particular and all of his work looks fantastic. I have learned that this work requires an expert, from the mount itself to making the wires "disappear". Just a degree off and make a huge difference when hanging a TV or a soundbar. He did both for me and they look fantastic. He spends so much time ensuring everything is correct and even creates templates prior to the actual drilling to ENSURE all is correct and looks good to the customer. Trust me it is well worth it to use this service, best $$$ I have even spent on an install....

They did a great job, very happy with the install. Cleaned up all the dust/debris and even patched all holes that were from left from the shelf and previous smaller TV mount. I had a particularly complicated install as there was a recessed shelf behind the wall we were mounting the TV on, they worked around the shelf, got the new TV mounted and positioned perfectly. Definitely recommend and will be using again soon. 5/24/16

Dave was awesome. Was on time and didn't rush the job even though he had a couple more appointments after me. He spent the time with me to set up where I wanted the TV, and was extremely patient with me as I kept changing my mind. He even helped me set up the Wi-Fi on my TV and got rid of the TV box for me. Great Installation. I had a company mount my old TV about 5 years ago and after trying several different approaches they said they weren't able to hide the cables in the wall. The ICS-Pro installer checked the walls (even checked inside with a camera) and found a way to make it happen. The installation was professional and thorough - from the templating to show me exactly where the TV would be mounted, to the cleaning up afterwards. 4/18/16

Amazing guy, came in to install on Sunday night to make sure I have the TV ready before the new furniture arrived. Took the time to make sure the job is done perfectly, you can see he wanted it perfect as if it was his own house and his own TV. Installation was challenging because of the wall configuration but he did not give up and found the way to install the TV in a safely. I would defiantly recommend him and use him my self again in the future.  4/15/16
